Although you can send any page as an e-mail campaign,
here's a niffy way to send submitted form data.

Step 1. Select a Blog Posting to Send

This is an example of a Form List View Page Type that is used to display specific fields of each staff directory form that is submitted and updated by each staff member.  The forms are displayed alphabetically by last name.  If you have access, you can add one too!
